If you purchase a paid plan, your billing information is processed securely by our payment provider Stripeand is never stored on Securely Send’s servers.

Files uploaded through Securely Send are stored securely on our servers (hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)) and are only accessible to the intended recipients. Files are automatically deleted after their expiration period or when you remove them.

c. Cookies and Usage Data

We use cookies to:

  • Maintain your session and login state
  • Remember user preferences
  • Improve platform performance

We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

d. Log and Technical Data

For security and diagnostic purposes, we may collect:

  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Dates and times of logins, uploads, and downloads
